(very useful to foreigners :-p)

1. tuuuunaaa/saaannaaa - points with the lips -(there~~at a distance)(the longer the "tuuuuunaaaaaaaaa/sannaaaaaaaaaaa", the further the place is.
2. limpas (to pass/walk by - maaf, saya limpas dulu? Excuse me, can i passby?)
3. palui - stupid, duh!
4. tapuk - to hide
5. bida - ugly
6. bubut - to chase
7. sakai - ignorant, uncivilized "hoosier"
8. andang-andang - that's how it is
9. inda/tia - short form of 'tidak' - not/no
10. talampau - proper malay - "terlampau" - too much
11. takajut - Proper Malay "terkejut" - shocked
12. ngam-ngam - kebetulan, exact at that time
13. mengkali - barangkali , maybe/perhaps
14. gia - (expression ~ is it?)
15. bha- (expression ~ ok)
16. ah? - (question~ what?)
17. kici/kicil - small, petite
18. siok ~ fun, seronok
19. tambirang - don't lie
20. kotoh! - means baru ko tau (serve u right/i told you
21. lakas - hurry
22. balabak - scrotum
23. duiii dogo! - My goodness/ oh my!!
24. siring - on the side
25. palis-palis - touch wood
26. gustan - reverse
27. kogutan - hangover
28. sepuluh tiga - RM10 for 3 cans of beer (in those days la)
29. mulau- crazy
30. kapayas- papaya
31. (sia) bilang - i said
32. skijap - soon, wait a minute

35. thai lingung - worse than bodoh

Dear All,

Someone send me this by E-mail, and i was shocked because it is SO VERY true la kenen hahahhaa...


YOU ARE A TRUE SABAHAN WHEN........

1. You drive at right lane of the road, with the speed of only 50km/h. if people horn behind you, you still don't know what is wrong.
2. You have the luxury of working from 8am to 5pm (get off work punctually)
3. you don't believe that there is any "clean" politician in Sabah.
4. You feel "obligated" to reach the top of Mount Kinabalu at least once in a lifetime
5. You prefer Big Car than a big house (probably you can't drive a big house around to show off)
6. you wear slipper and short wherever you go, even in city
7. you still think Labuan belongs to Sabah
8. you will not go to any seminar or/function that has no food or refreshment.
9. you don't care about Service, you just want things cheap, cheap, cheap..
10. you know where to find candles and torch light quickly in total darkness ( due training by frequent blackout)
11. you know what 'aramaitieeee' means...
12. you shout 'referee bodoh' and at the same time throw mineral water bottles on pitch during a football match at Likas Stadium.
13. Your timorese maid ran away with her lover, taking your money or jewelery along.
14. you doubt someone's MYKAD whether it is real or fake.
15. you go inside a karaoke at 12pm and realize that the place is still open at 5 am...
16. you come across a supposedly local person but a very foreign accent..
17. you cannot vote in an election because someone has voted on behalf of you.
18. you own a 'Bakakuk'

...all of them... SAME...no difference..so close before and after a while.....Dushh disappeared .....any reason? No..biar la...i dont care...YES..people change..but sometimes, they changed for no reason..at all...

My Working Days in SUTERA HARBOUR RESORT..

Dear all,

Sutera Harbour Resort...yeah! Sutera harbour...For the Past 3 months, i've work There As a coordinator in Human Resources Department...It is Not That Easy u know..i mean the Work..it may sound easy for some people, "u work in office, only sit there, no work bla bla bla" well Hey! u dun know the work, Try Going to work at 5.ooam or 11.30pm....
Cont. with my story.... i was in Welfare section, taking care of the staff lockers, cafeteria, doing inspection, visiting sick and staff (or we called the associates) who just gave labour...etc...that is basically my JOB.. with some other Job.. its hard but at the same time i enjoyed it..Yes, seriuosly..what is so enjoying bout the worK? of Coz i got to know some Greatttt friends! Dining in a 5 star hotel all the time and Yes! i can use the Facility for Free!

But now, i have resigned...Gonna Miss That Place...gonna miss my friends..Gonna miss the Food...

hahaha what a SIMPLY MEMORABLE MOMENTS huh? hahhaahaha
